The hotel offered cart service due to the hilly terrain. This was helpful.
my bathroom was not clean, and the shower curtain looked old. the kettle was way too complicated to use, irritating when i just wanted a simple cup of tea. also, the bed was noisy and not comfortable at all.

I found hotel located on cliff. Views of ocean are lovely from many locations. The staff was lovely. They helped me get around resort using golf carts. I also found hotel close to major beaches.
The hotel resides on a hill, so it can be challenging to walk around.

The staff members always greeted guests with smiles. Staff assisted with luggage and provided information about resort facilities. The resort offers free shuttle services to a sister resort's beach. It made beach access convenient.

My villa offered a comfortable bed and a spacious balcony. The room included a jacuzzi. The bathroom had both a shower and separate tub. Daily housekeeping kept villa clean.
